Mr. Padilla’s architectural experience is concentrated in the areas of master planning, site planning, conceptual design, design development and construction documentation over the last 15 years. Mr. Padilla is creative and diligent in focusing his design talent on the project at hand.  His primary role is visioning and developing projects with clients and Design Principal during the conceptual and schematic design phase.  His project experience is focused on multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and education.
