Novel Turtle Creek is a 20-story residential tower with 206 units in Dallas, Texas. Located at a crossroads of the Park Cities, Turtle Creek, and Oak Lawn neighborhoods, the project strives to draw from the style of these sought after areas of Dallas to create a high end residential experience with few rivals in the area.
