The Monarch HALL Park was named D CEO’s Best New Multifamily Project at its 2024 Commercial Real Estate Awards. The 19-story luxury apartment tower is the first phase of HALL Group's $7 billion HALL Park masterplan. Finalists included the WDG-designed Oakhouse (Best New Multifamily Project) and Novel Turtle Creek (Best Commercial Property Sale).
