The Monarch

Hall Park is Hall Group’s 162-acre office district, located in Frisco, TX, near the Dallas North Tollway. The office district features an incredibly diverse array of companies, both big and small, across a multitude of industries. Hall Group has reimagined the office park, consisting of 2.2 million square feet of office space, a new hotel, and future development arranged around a central public park. Hundreds of inspiring public artworks will be dispersed throughout the park along with winding walking trails, abundant green space, and modern amenities. The park will also feature outdoor entertainment pavilions and a sculpture by the renowned artist Janet Echelman.

The Monarch (Hall Park Site D4) is a mixed-use residential tower fronting the east side of the central park. The 19-story South Tower provides 214 luxury apartments, including 8 penthouse apartment homes. A large amenity deck and pool deck with infinity edge are situated above an 8-story, 513,987 sf parking garage. Amenities include flexible work areas with views to the park, a club room opening to the amenity deck, a fitness room with outdoor yoga lawn, a pet wash, pet relief area, and a bike shop with secure storage. A 48,893-sf food hall opens out to the central park and nearby entertainment pavilion. Residents will have food hall access through the resident lobby.

The D4 site also includes plans for a future 36-story, 301-unit North Tower with separate amenities and parking garage. Retail/restaurant space will be located along the park edge.
