WDG Managing Principal Sean Stadler, FAIA, LEED AP, appeared on a panel at Bisnow's DC Office Repositioning Summit discussing "office-to-anything" repositioning opportunities, along with industry leaders from the DowntownDC and Golden Triangle BIDs, Marx Realty, PACE Loan Group, and Douglas Development. Sean highlighted our recent conversion projects, including DC's 1776 K St NW (office-to-hotel).
"'We’re in the capital of the world. We are a tourist city,' Stadler said. 'There’s always going to be a need for hospitality.'"
