Designed to create an authentic urban center in Las Colinas, Water Street embodies many aspects of sustainable development. Recent investment in the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Rail has spurred an increase in transit-oriented developments such as this one, which plays a key role in transforming the community around it. On one side, WDG’s two buildings form a waterfront promenade with restaurants and shops on the ground floor, while the other side fronts the main pedestrian corridor and activates the street with retail space. This project is yet another example of the role WDG plays in revitalizing urban districts and collaborating to realize sensitive, sustainable plans across the country.
Planned development consisting of 2 residential buildings with 316 residential units, 20,000-sf of retail and restaurant spaces, and 40,000-sf of stand-alone retail and restaurant building space.
