The Parkview Residences is located within a master planned community at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas. The project is a concrete structure with approximately 140,000 GSF of enclosed building area.
The project will be a 5-story building with 36-units, including 5-penthouses with 3,000-sf average. The community residential amenity area(s) include a public rooftop, pool terraces and four private rooftops for penthouses, outdoor dining areas, a fitness center, and conference and club rooms located on the ground floor.
Parking Garage will provide one level of parking for 72-parking spaces.
