Having new development in this location has been highly scrutinized so the main goal was to fit it within the neighborhood’s character. The two buildings were placed in a way that defines the public space to create balance between the residential units and the mixed use space.
The residential amenities include a café lounge area, club room, fitness room, pool area, and an observation sky lounge. The centerpiece of the project is a central piazza running between the buildings. Construction type IA in the garage and IIIA in residential.
