The fourteen-story Marriott Uptown is a 277,724 square foot, 255-key luxury hotel with three levels of below-grade parking for 277 vehicles. Elegant and well-proportioned in its location, the design takes inspiration from the surrounding buildings to harmoniously blend into the Uptown neighborhood, creating a lasting enhancement to the community which can influence future development. Connecting the hospitality experience with Uptown's urban fabric, the ground floor integrates al fresco dining, a patio cafe, and an outdoor bar with the pedestrian experience. The design similarly connects visiting guests to the Dallas urban experience with stunning views of the skyline from the 5th level pool deck and 360° views from the penthouse floor event space. 

Other amenities include 13,064 square feet of meeting and ballroom space — including six event venues and banquet facilities that can host events of up to 400 people, the rooftop pool and 1,646 square foot rooftop bar, a fully equipped fitness center, lobby lounge, Vicinity Coffee with patio seating, and the full-service restaurant Good Graces, led by executive chef Juan Pablo Silva.
