Courtyard Marriott

Located in the Foggy Bottom district of Washington, DC, the new Courtyard Marriott offers luxury in the heart of Washington, DC. The $22 million facility sits within The George Washington University’s urban campus. Elegant and well-proportioned in its location, the building harmoniously blends into the Foggy Bottom neighborhood and is perceived as an extension of the adjacent building.  

The hotel has been at near full capacity since its opening in February 2013, and is very well received by the neighborhood and public at large. Guests enjoy inviting, flexible spaces and a variety of areas for working, relaxing, and dining. Amenities include a well-equipped fitness center, indoor pool, meeting rooms, and a conference room off the restaurant with access to the rear patio.

WDG worked closely with the Allstates Hotel Company to meet the client’s core goals. The new state-of-the-art facility was designed to increase amenities and number of keys.
