Bowen River Oaks is a unique residential project comprised of two distinct apartment structures connected by a 9-level, 600-space garage. The 261-unit high-rise component consists of 16 residential levels atop the 9-level garage, totaling 25 stories, and includes a work lounge, resident dog run and pet wash, a structured pool deck with cabanas and fire pits, a luxury sky lounge on level 24, and eleven penthouse units on level 25. 

The second component is a 144-unit, 5-story mid-rise building including a pool and deck, a garden courtyard, and a game/grill area.
