Aster

The Aster is a 22-story upscale residential tower with 270 residential units located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. Designed in a dense urban setting, the tower has an elevated pool and amenities deck for optimal viewing and enjoyment. Three stories of liner units create a town home-like scale alongside the tower on Welborn Street. The building has 6 levels of parking: three below grade and three above grade, tucked behind the liner units and below the tower and pool deck. The contemporary nature of the building yields a sense of bold movement in a refined manner with the use of a warm brick color, contrasted with dark brick, stucco, and metal. The main tower engages the ground at the entrance to the main lobby and rises up to terminate with a dramatic sawtooth façade at the penthouses.
