1700 K Street

Located on a prominent intersection in downtown Washington, DC, 1700 K Street is one of the city’s most remarkable office buildings. This trophy-class building is highlighted by its impeccably crafted, state-of-the-art unitized glass curtain wall along K Street, juxtaposed against its contextually inspired Chelmsford granite-clad punched opening façade fronting historic Farragut Square.

The building features modern office space with advanced technology and communications connectivity. Floor plates are highly efficient and tenants are offered an exceptional ratio of corner offices as well as an elegantly understated lobby of glass, stone, and wood veneer. Building entry is demarcated by a signature canopy, a highly engineered assemblage of glass and stainless steel suspended by metal cables.
