We're excited to finally share our design for Taicoon Property Partners' redevelopment of a prominent office site—the former home of the Air & Space Forces Association HQ—with a 392,000-sf condo building featuring 94 luxury branded residences on 11 stories. The Virginia flagship residences for the undisclosed international hotel brand, the project will include hotel-like services and amenities, potential improvements to the adjacent Custis Trail and Langston Boulevard, 3 levels of structured parking, and a public gallery commemorating members of the U.S. Air Force.
